The reactivation of the Tschudi and Central Operations (Matchless and Otjihase) mines will contribute to the growing demand for copper, a critical material for the global transition to renewable energy.

Berg Aukas Mine
Tschudi
The Tschudi Copper mine is an open pit heap leach operation with significant existing surface infrastructure, including a 2.88Mtpa solvent extraction and electrowinning (SX/EW) plant, offices, workshops, a wash bay, laydown area, fuel storage facility and grid power connections.
Tschudi operations restarted production in 2024, producing 7.6kt of copper cathode via heap leach solutions processes as of June 2026. Following completion of a DFS in September 2026, mining operations will restart by early 2027 and require $30-40m of restart capital.
Current JORC resources as of June 2026 are 109.5Mt at 0.75% copper (unconstrained resources of 109.5Mt and constrained resources (within RPEEE shell) of 46.3Mt; unconstrained and constrained resources are inclusive of reserves).
Central Operations
Central Operations is comprised of two underground mining complexes, Matchless and Otjihase. With a combined production history in excess of 30 years and functional existing processing infrastructure, CCC has identified strategies and opportunities to add value, by undertaking high-probability exploration, increasing recovery and minimising dilution through development of new ore blocks and optimised mining methods.
Berg Aukas
Berg Aukas is a brownfield underground, high-grade zinc-lead mine in Northern Namibia. With a targeted 10-year mine life, access to existing infrastructure, unexploited upside potential (including minimal exploration within immediate vicinity), the company is in the early phases of advancing the future restart of Berg Aukas operations.
