Consolidated Copper Corp is seeking to materially improve the sustainability, economic viability and longevity of its Namibian asset portfolio.
Consolidated Copper Corp was founded in 2022 by a group of value-driven mining executives with a proven track record of developing and operating large-scale mines across Africa. The company has selectively acquired a portfolio of highly prospective copper mines in Namibia, with an aim to engineer and implement responsible restart plans.
Consolidated Copper Corp’s current focus is the restart of the Tschudi and Central Operations, which host substantial identifiable and recently increased resources which are being evaluated alongside their mining and processing infrastructure.
Tschudi
The Tschudi Copper mine is an open pit heap leach operation, built in 2015 with a SX/EW processing plant capacity of 2.88Mt per annum. Tschudi has been the Company’s primary focus since acquiring its Namibian mining assets, due to the size of its contained copper resource and status of existing infrastructure.
The Tschudi mining and processing operations were under care and maintenance between 2020-2024, however SX/EW processing operations restarted in 2024. Post completion of a DFS in September 2026, CCC will move towards restarting mining operations in early 2027.
CCC is concurrently progressing study work on an expansion to increase mining rates at the Tschudi open pit operations to enable the construction of flotation plant that will operate alongside SX/EW refining.

Central Operations
Central Operations is comprised of two underground mining complexes, Matchless and Otjihase, with a combined production history in excess of 30 years and functional existing processing infrastructure. CCC has identified strategies and opportunities to add value, by undertaking high-probability exploration, increasing recovery and minimising dilution through the development of new ore blocks and optimised mining methods.
The current focus at Central Operations is developing a 10-year life of mine plan and drilling at Matchless Western Extension, West and East Prospects and Old Matchless.

Berg Aukas
Berg Aukas is an underground, high-grade zinc-lead mine in Northern Namibia near Tschudi.
Pre-Feasibility Studies have been completed by the former operator in 2014 and were updated in 2018. Since the updates, the asset has been managed by the CCC team.
With a targeted 10-year mine life, access to existing infrastructure, unexploited upside potential (including minimal exploration within immediate vicinity), the company is in the early phases of advancing the future restart of Berg Aukas operations.
