Our Operations
Consolidated Copper Corp is seeking to materially improve the sustainability, economic viability and longevity of its Namibian asset portfolio.
Consolidated Copper Corp was founded in 2022 by a group of values-driven mining executives with a proven track record of developing and operating large scale mines across Africa. The company has selectively acquired a portfolio of highly prospective copper mines in Namibia, with aims to engineer and implement responsible restart plans.
Consolidated Copper Corp’s current focus is the restart of the Tschudi and Central Operations copper mines, currently under Care & Maintenance (C&M) yet with substantial identifiable resources which are being evaluated alongside their mining and processing infrastructure.
Tschudi
The Tschudi Copper Mine is an open pit heap leach SX/EW operation, built in 2015 with the production capacity of 17ktpa Copper cathode. Tschudi has been the Company’s primary focus since acquiring its Namibian mining assets, due to the size of its contained copper resource and status of existing infrastructure.
Under Care and Maintenance since 2020, the operation has been upkept and is in good standing to restart in 2024/2025. The Company’s current plan aims to extend life of mine by increasing the mineable inventory.

Central Operations
Central Operations is comprised of two underground mines, Matchless and Otjihase. With a combined production history in excess of 30 years and functional existing processing infrastructure, CCC has identified strategies and opportunities to add value, by undertaking high-probability exploration, increasing recovery and minimising dilution through development of new ore blocks and optimised mining methods.
The current focus at these projects is on developing a 10-year LOM plan and drilling along the western margin of the orebody at Tigerschulcht.

Berg Aukas
Berg Aukas is an underground, high-grade zinc mine in its first phase of the restart process.
Pre-Feasibility Studies have been completed by the former operator in 2013 and were updated in 2018. Since the updates, the asset has been managed by the CCC team.
With a targeted 10-year mine life, access to existing infrastructure, unexploited upside potential (including minimal exploration within immediate vicinity) and the deposit open down plunge, the company is working towards defining marketing and exploration opportunities for Berg Aukas in Q2 2024.
